Our Story

Bandu is a registered charity and social enterprise drastically improving outcomes by implementing Indigenous Employment Pathways for First Nations students as they navigate the difficult transition into life after high school.

Working with our education and employment partners, Bandu connects our participants with the right people at the right places ensuring mutually beneficial and safe relationships. With the ongoing, wrap-around support we provide, our participants continue to thrive in their degrees and jobs, building the foundations of future leadership to positively impact the future of our nation.

Our Community

Driving Positive Change Through Genuine Partnerships

Our Bandu Community forms the foundation of everything we do. We apply the same level of commitment in our relationships with our students, schools, universities, corporate, and provider partners.

Through respectful, culturally aligned, and mutually beneficial connections with these organisations, Bandu creates win/win/win opportunities for participants, employers, and society.
